Our bespoke styling service takes into consideration the type of property you are selling, the area the property is in and the potential buyer. We tailor each styling using beautiful, premium furniture, artwork and soft furnishings to bring your home to life. By creating an inspiring space that highlights your homes best features, we create a lifestyle that buyers fall in love with.
OUR PROCESS
COMPLIMENTARY CONSULT
We will visit your home to assess the styling possibilities that will maximise appeal to your target buyer.
PROPOSAL
We’ll create a comprehensive proposal which details room-by-room styling recommendations to get the best results when selling your home.
INSTALLATION
Upon agreement of the proposal, we set a date for installation. Installation normally takes place the day before or on the day of real estate agent photography.
REAL ESTATE PHOTOS
We’ll ensure everything looks incredible for the photos, from small details through to preparing for panoramic shots that encompass beautiful furniture and artwork.
GRAND OPEN
We’ll come back the day before or the morning of the Grand Open to ensure the house is looking it’s best for the first open.
FINAL SALE
Once a sale is agreed, we’ll set a mutually agreeable date to collect furniture and homewares.
Our approach is flexible; we offer partial stylings (where we work with a combination of your furniture and ours) or a full styling (where we completely transform your home). If you’re still living in the property, that’s fine too. We even go beyond the conventional styling if necessary, offering optional tips, advice and fulfilment of small home improvements that will ultimately increase your final sale price.
